I created Monticello Homes in 2003.   I always held home building and custom design very close to me and when I saw some deficiencies in the housing market at that time, I knew it was time for me to bring a different level of creativity and management to the market.   I have called Lee's Summit home for many years and take great pride in all my highly satisfied home owners around the greater KC area.  - Andrea
